All Road Rally events operated by the San Diego Region SCCA shall be held in accordance with the most recent Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) National Road Rally Rules, as amended by these supplementary competition rules. Changes to the SCCA National Road Rally Rules shall be effective as and when published by the SCCA, unless otherwise amended by these supplementary rules. Any supplementary rules amendments and corrections taking effect during the championship year shall be published in a timely manner.
